We are hand delivering locally, but remaining safe, following all government guidelines.
Following the recent outbreak of Covid-19 in the US we’ve put in place a number of measures to protect our customers as well as our parcel people, so we can make sure that our business is as prepared as possible.We would like to reassure you that we’re actively following all government guidelines as health and safety remains the top priority across our business to protect our customers and our people. Public Health has advised that people receiving parcels are not at increased risk of contracting the virus as it doesn’t survive long on non-metallic surfaces.
There is currently no impact on our parcel delivery services but you will see some differences in how your courier will go about delivering your parcel from now on as we reduce physical contact.
We has taken numerous measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) within our distribution, warehousing facilities, and offices. Staff are required to wear proper face covering and gloves at all times. All work surfaces and preparation areas are sanitized hourly, and we are not allowing entry into our facility for non-authorized personnel.
The safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority, and due to this you may experience a short delay in shipping. We will continue to offer support to all customers through our phone lines and via email and messaging during our reduced work hours, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.

We ship within the United States
As like other business, we have been affected by the recent pandemic. That said, we do Our best to ship your products out as soon as possible. During this current time, please allow for an extra 2 weeks for your shipment to arrive. This does necessarily mean your package will arrive 2 weeks past the expected arrival, but due to disruption by the Covid-19 virus there may be instances where delivery is slowed.

We’re encouraging all of our customers to choose their preferred safe place for deliveries.
If a safe place hasn’t been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, we’ll leave it there - even if there’s someone in the property.
If no safe place is available or a signature is required, we’ll knock on the door and step back. When you answer we will ask for your name to ensure a safe delivery, but we won’t ask you to sign using a handheld device. If there is no answer, we’ll re-attempt delivery on a different day.
